Master Thesis : SoX estimation of Lithium Ion Cells based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (f / m / div) Are you interested in the semiconductor industry and would like to learn more from our experienced division? In your new role you will :

• Focus on methods to accurately estimate SoX of Lithium Ion Cells based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)
• Conduct a literature review on methods for SoX estimation using EIS
• Familiarize with the basics of LIB monitoring (U / I / T) in automotive applications
• Analyze measurement data in MATLAB or Python
• Identify characteristic frequencies
• Experimentally validate results
• Compare and discuss the applied method with other approaches from the scientific literature
• Document results by writing and submitting a master's thesis This thesis has to be written in cooperation with an university. Further Information Type of employment : Temporary / Part-time or Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration : max. 6 to 12 months You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Electronics, Mathematics, Physics or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer :
• Strong interest and motivation in cutting-edge research on lithium-ion cells for battery electric vehicles
• First experience with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in the context of lithium-ion cells
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Know-how in PCB Circuit design, is preferable
• Proven experience in MATLAB and / or Python, is advantageous
