For our team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

Marketing & Sales Process System Specialist (f / m / x), 80 - 100% (f / m / x)

What's it all about?

• You will maintain and improve Sales Process tools used within OMICRON
• You will specify new features & improvements for development by IT and test new functionality before the go live
• You will provide technical support for Sales Process tools to our Marketing & Sales team members
• You will design and document Marketing & Sales processes
• You will develop and maintain PowerBI reports based on CRM and ERP data
• You will analyze Marketing & Sales Data and develop as well as monitor KPIs
• You will create training materials, including videos, explaining processes, tools and reports
• You will work in projects where a Marketing & Sales representative is required that combines process know-how with IT system know-how
