• Lead the development and enhancement of simulation methodologies, guiding our engineering teams in their application.
• Act as the primary technical expert for simulation methodologies, driving best practices and mentoring engineers in their use.
• Identify and implement automation and AI / ML opportunities within our EDA tools and design workflows, improving efficiency and quality.
• Partner with design, layout, and technology teams to ensure optimized and effective simulation solutions, advancing our product development capabilities.Requirements :
• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or Bachelor's with extensive relevant experience).
• 8-10+ years of experience in EM simulation methodology, design flow development, and leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in 3D Electromagnetic simulation software, Ansys, Cadence tools, and Unix scripting environment (Python, Tcl).
• Proven ability to technically guide and mentor engineers, drive complex technical projects to success, and collaborate effectively across global teams.What We Offer :
