What are my responsibilities?
In our department Technical Sales (UP CE CCM TS) we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager Continuous Casting (Technical) (f / m /
- with the following tasks.
- Actively manage and expand the customer base, including both existing and new customers
- Develop proposals in close coordination with the technical (electromechanics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation), project execution, and commercial departments
- Support projects in critical phases from initiation through to order processing
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to strengthen and continuously develop the company’s positioning
- Assist in marketing strategies to explore new business opportunities and expand the product portfolio
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key customers
- Present innovative technologies at conferences and trade shows
- Provide advisory support to customers in selecting appropriate technical solutions
- Monitor the market to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in terms of volume, profitability, and portfolio
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales and / or project management within an industrial environmentTechnical expertise combined with strong commercial acumenHigh flexibility combined with willingness to travel globallyDevelop the best customer solutions, including technical proposals and cost calculationsWork as part of the sales team with the primary goal of convincing the customer and winning the orderSolid negotiation skills and a passion for salesKnowledge of contract management and project experience is advantageousExcellent English language skillsYou convince us with your strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork, as well with your independent and solution-oriented working style.
What else do I need to know?
The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 46.614,68 (E / 00) or EUR 61.022,78 (G / 00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience.
