• Respond to emails, phone calls;
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges;
• Checks the status of orders and solves the issues of the orders;
• Work with team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. Who are we looking for?
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of German language;
• Call center or customer service experience preferred;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters;
