Product Owner - part time 20h up to 25h (all genders)

Railway companies around the world are moving away from decentralised working methods to consolidated control centres. Frequentis can help overcome these hurdles with its , migrating to the Future Railway Mobile Communication System and enabling any digital radio network for unified communication. Our new system platform follows the FRMCS target architecture and will replace the existing communication system in operations centres. Key Tasks

• Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring it is aligned with customer / stakeholder needs and priorities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the stream-aligned team and product management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
• Participate in iteration planning meetings, providing clarity on backlog items and ensuring the team understands the priorities and dependencies.
• Define epics on team level and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are well-documented and understood by the team.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders and team members to continuously improve the product.
• Work closely with Product Management to ensure the product vision and strategy are effectively communicated and executed.
