We are looking for an Asset Manager for our Wind Energy project.
Responsabilities :
- Cooperation with technical maintenance companies, operations managers and assessors
- Ensuring the quality of wind energy assets and early detection of technical problems
- Process optimization and risk management in technical asset management
- Monitoring and controlling of the technical fault and maintenance management of the systems by external operations management
- Proactive development of optimization measures for the revenue situation and availability of the plants
- Monitoring of HSE guidelines in projects or in existing wind farms
- Planning and conducting inspections and audits
- Coordination with the project team, internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitoring and control of compliance with technical contracts
- Technical reporting across the entire production portfolio
- Conducting risk assessments and market analyses
- Technical evaluation and support for acquisition and development projects
Requirements
Completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)Knowledge of the technical, economic and legal aspects of wind farmsExperience in working with technical operators or OEMs of wind farmsConfident, competent and convincing appearanceEfficient, organized and goal-oriented way of workingYou are creative, work results-oriented and see solutions rather than problems.Several years of professional experience in asset management or project development, project implementation, ideally with large-scale industrial projects / onshore / offshore windProject management experience desirableAssertiveness, good negotiation skills and good communication skillsBenefits :
