Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional projects targeting improvements in revenue, profitability, and cash generationIndependently identify opportunities that enhance operational performance through streamlined processes and automationDesign and implement sustainable working solutions by mapping key processes, assessing risks and controls, and closing gapsPerform comprehensive financial validations for business initiatives by calculating key metrics such as margin, EBITDA, payback period, and NPVCritically challenge business assumptions and data inputs provided by project owners and stakeholdersActively participate in both short- and long-term financial planning cycles, ensuring that business and financial goals are alignedMonitor, review, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, contribution margin, and quality of earningsOrganize and control monthly data collection and reporting processes to maintain high-quality financial reporting and presentation standardsSupport integration projects—including M&A scenarios—to ensure acquired businesses are seamlessly incorporated into existing planning systems.Serve as a strategic business partner by providing actionable financial insights and recommendations to department heads and operational leaders, especially during re-forecasting and budgeting cyclesProfile
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationExtensive professional experience in financial management with a clear focus on FP&A, controlling, or service financeProven ability to link financial outcomes to operational performance drivers while generating strategic alternatives that lead to positive changeSolid proficiency with financial systems and applications, including strong Excel skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels (including the executive suite)A strategic, analytical mindset combined with the assertiveness to drive change and deliver measurable benefitsProfessional certifications such as ACCA or CPA and experience with Big Four firms are advantageousFluency in English is requiredBenefits
