Project

managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle by maintaining version control and ensuring all updates are properly communicated and documented
supporting testing and quality assurance by reviewing test cases and validating that implemented solutions meet specified requirements
creating and maintaining requirement specifications using standardized formats

Skills

at least 3 years of experience as RE

support of software developers during development

creation and documentation of requirement analysis

knowledge of mainframe technologies

understanding of complex applications

JIRA, Confluence, SQL knowledge

German C1

Nice to have

extensive experience in analyzing large-scale, complex IT systems, with a deep understanding of both technical and business processes, including their interdependencies

strong proficiency in tools used for visualizing and documenting software requirements, such as UML, Jira / Confluence, Microsoft Office products, Enterprise Architect, or similar

exceptional analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills

excellent organizational and communication abilities — both written and verbal
