Our client is an innovative and fast-growing technology company specializing in the development and production of highly secure, rugged hardware for critical infrastructure and defense applications . The company is setting new standards in physical and digital cybersecurity . To further professionalize and scale the organization, we are looking for a strategically minded and structured individual to build and lead the Operations function .

Your Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize the company’s operational processes
  • Implement and monitor quality standards and KPIs
  • Cross-functional coordination between production, engineering, procurement, and finance
  • Budget planning and cost accountability within the operations domain
  • Reporting to the executive team with structured decision-making input
  • Lead and develop a team of 10+ internal and external colleagues
  • Support in industrialization, testing, and scaling initiatives
  • Contribute to strategy, sales coordination, and partner integration

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in operations, supply chain, sales leadership, or process management
  • Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic and solution-driven approach
  • Proven leadership skills with team-building experience
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Office365, CRM, and digital tools
  • Willingness to travel & valid driver's license (Group B)
