Your Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize the company’s operational processes
- Implement and monitor quality standards and KPIs
- Cross-functional coordination between production, engineering, procurement, and finance
- Budget planning and cost accountability within the operations domain
- Reporting to the executive team with structured decision-making input
- Lead and develop a team of 10+ internal and external colleagues
- Support in industrialization, testing, and scaling initiatives
- Contribute to strategy, sales coordination, and partner integration
Requirements
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in operations, supply chain, sales leadership, or process managementStrong analytical mindset with a pragmatic and solution-driven approachProven leadership skills with team-building experienceExcellent German and English communication skillsProficient in ERP systems, Office365, CRM, and digital toolsWillingness to travel & valid driver's license (Group B)Benefits
