• Act as the control tower of large strategic and transformation projects
• Oversee the full project lifecycle : from pipeline planning and prioritization to execution and post-implementation review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Act as a sparring partner to project leads, functions, VP of Sales and General Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and value creation plans
• Consolidate and report project KPIs, risks, and milestones to the Executive Committee
• Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and best practices tailored to the food industry context Skills
• 5+ years of experience in strategic project management in a leading consulting firm. Exposure to the food industry seen as a plus,
• Good track record in project management and steering; exposure to transformation project considered as a plus
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
