StellenbeschreibungOversee and manage accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financial information in accordance with IFRS principles Serve as a point of contact for both internal departments and external auditors, fostering seamless communication and cooperation Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring all entries are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local and international standards Assist with the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, leveraging your audit expertise to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements for accounting procedures, contributing to the streamlining of financial operations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field Demonstrated experience in auditing within a public accounting firm, providing a solid foundation in financial rules and regulatory requirements Strong understanding of IFRS with hands-on experience or training relevant to group accounting applications Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders Sharp analytical abilities complemented by meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills Familiarity with financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel skills are advantageous This role is perfect for an individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact right from the start of their accounting career, harnessing their audit background to drive financial integrity and strategic insights within the client´s organization.
