We are currently looking for a dedicated working student (f / m / d) to support our Marketing & Sales team at our Vienna office.

Tasks

As a working student you will be a valuable part of our Marketing & Sales team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Your tasks will include :

  • Lead acquisition and outreach : Identifying potential customers, compiling targeted contact lists, and actively reaching out via phone, email, or other channels.
  • CRM maintenance : Supporting the upkeep and organization of our CRM system to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Market research : Gathering information on current market trends and competitor activities to help us stay one step ahead.
  • Administrative support : Assisting with organizing marketing campaigns, preparing proposals and reports.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Medical or Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Health Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent German skills (C2 or native level) – You’ll be communicating with German-speaking customers and creating content in German, so confident and professional language use is a must.
  • Strong English skills (spoken and written) to collaborate with our international team and partners.
  • Initial experience in marketing and / or sales is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude, structured working style, and willingness to learn.
