Job description
- Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary real estate projects from planning through execution; focus lies with retrofitting of existing portfolio with focus on energy efficiency and greenfield urban development (district and city level)
- Act as the primary interface between client, design / engineering teams, and construction contractors, besides other stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation
Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, planners and financial analysts
Oversee system integration, focusing on energy systems with active and passive components; support the configuration and optimization of technical systems to meet performance, sustainability, and cost targetsLead procurement and contracting processes, including tendering, bid evaluation, and negotiation on behalf of the clientMonitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality, budget, and timeline objectivesFacilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making across technical and commercial domainsContribute to the development of internal standards, tools, and best practices for interface and systems managementQualification
Degree in engineering, urban planning, architecture, or construction management; additional qualifications in energy space are preferred10+ years of experience in project execution, or infrastructure delivery with proven track record in managing interfaces between client, design, and construction teamsStrong team player that can fit into an existing international interdisciplinary teamStrong understanding of building systems, energy technologies, and sustainability standardsExperience with procurement strategies, contract models and support in negotiationsExcellent communication and coordination skills across stakeholders; experience to work in international context with cross-cultural challengesFluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset, e.g. RussianWillingness and flexibility to travel and work across project sites and client locations; focus regions area Central Asia, CEE, Middle East besides a home market DACHWe offer you :
