What will your day look like?

Develops and executes influencer marketing strategies and brand campaigns for the Austrian market, with a focus on local relevance and cultural fit;
Coordinates and supervises influencer marketing activities specifically for the Austrian market;
Researches and identifies relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and emerging trends;
Identifies, builds, and nurtures relationships with influencers in Austria;
Negotiates collaboration terms, deliverables, and costs with influencers;
Works with a set budget for influencer marketing and evaluates the effectiveness of influencer partnerships based on data and performance metrics;
Supports marketing activities with influencer marketing in the region;
Plays a key role in organizing influencer-related activities connected to the opening of the new store in Vienna, including planning and executing in-store events, influencer meet-ups, and community gatherings;
Attends, helps organize, and actively participates in events with influencers;
Ensures the influencer database is kept up to date and includes all relevant information.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or a related field;

Native German speaker;

English language skills at full professional proficiency level;

Proven track record in influencer marketing and managing influencer collaborations;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong relationship-building abilities;

Networking mindset and strong negotiation skills;

Strong research skills and exceptional attention to detail;

High level of systematic thinking, organizational skills, and ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively;

Creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions;

In-depth knowledge of the social media and influencer marketing industry.
