Our Technology Cloud Engineering teams at Oracle support our sales team and customer in the way they design and shape our solutions. To achieve this, we have a team of highly engaging experts per domain area. Our team of Cloud Infrastructure Black Belts in OCI Cloud Compute Services is looking to hire a matter expert in this fields to work with Clients in our EMEA Region.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver successful Customer Engagements leading to increased consumption
• Collaborate with the Account Cloud Engineers and Sales in the field to define the scope and deliverables for the customer requirements
• Support the Account Cloud Engineers in describing the proposed solutions providing deep expertise and experience about OCI Compute service.
• Accelerate customer opportunities with new and existing customers through technical presentations, Proof of Concept (PoC), solution assistance.
• Articulates differentiators against competition.
• Identifies market trends and value propositions.
• Thought Leadership and Evangelism Continuously invest in deepening domain skills by taking relevant training courses Proactively participate to define and rollout sales initiatives. Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to gain early competence in new domain solutions / features. Have a deep understanding of the competitors equivalent cloud offerings and OCI competitive differentiators Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing.
• Cross-collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Work closely and collaboratively as one team with other domains, workload architects, lift team and shared services. Collaborate across the ecosystem of Consulting, Customer Support and Oracle partners to scale the engagement model Contribute to the relevant Communities of Practice (CoP) to foster better collaboration Identify and develop team assets (white papers, blogs, slack support, reference architectures, and software migration components) to help other groups gain relevant experience in deploying their domain solutions.
• Governance & Reporting Complete all relevant certifications and other mandatory enablement Fully understand and leverage the systems in place to support customer strategic engagements. Provide timely status updates and other reports as required.
