Details of the Volunteers for International Experience (VIE) program :

  • Assignments are open for citizens of European Union countries between  18 and 28 years
  • A VIE assignment will be in a country other than that of the candidate's nationality
  • Never have worked in Austria
  • Assignment lasts from  12 to 24 months , renewable once within a cumulative limit of 24 months
  • Compensation (non-taxable) linked to the cost of living index and set by Business France :   2 956,70 €  per month in Austria (update 1st of April 2025)
  • Set up by public sector statute in France, managed by the Business France organization
  • International social protection is extended to eligible parties
  • days of holiday per month

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Finance Project Analyst  to join us in our location in  Vienna, Austria  with the  VIE Program .

The Finance Project Analyst will support the lead Project Finance Manager in the various controlling task for the projects. He or she participates in the overall Project Management process and supports the Project Finance Manager.

Your Role :

  • Support Finance Project Manager in the Work Package Review by providing the data and preliminary analysis on the cost
  • Maintain the records in various systems like SAP, G4, etc, and ensure that the numbers are reconciled and matching to the agreed financials with the project
  • Track the cash collected from the customer and track the overdue
  • Preparing the Monthly dashboards on the key performance indicators of the project
  • Support Project in the invoicing to the customer
  • Support FPM in the audit of the project (both stat and internal)

    • Competencies & Skills :

  • Bachelor / Master of Economics / Finance / Business
  • Finance and / or accounting background is required
  • Experience in project industry is a plus
  • Good communicator with all levels of the organization
  • Team player and open-minded culture
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and SAP R / 3
  • Fluent in English, German language skills are an asset
