We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl for the summer season. You will be a crucialmember of the culinary team, responsible for running a designated kitchen section.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Organize and manage your assigned kitchen section to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare dishes consistently and in line with established recipes and standards.
- Assist in menu planning, considering seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
- Monitor food and operating costs, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are met, adhering to HACCP regulations.
- Maintain and care for kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
