  • Job Description : Your tasks :

  • Supervising the maintenance of buildings and technical facilities
  • Carrying out small manual tasks (e.g : Replacing light bulbs, maintenance of door and window locks))
  • Sharing responsibility for safety, including carrying out regular safety inspections and complying with safety regulations
  • Control of cleaning work
  • Maintenance of outdoor facilities, including maintenance of green areas
  • Gardening and winter maintenance (snow clearing, gritting)
  • Co-creation and maintenance of maintenance and inspection plans
  • Carrying out other activities to maintain the proper operation of the buildings
  • Your profile :

  • Completed apprenticeship in the skilled trades or equivalent qualification
  • Work experience is an advantage
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Basic computer skills
  • B driving licence
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • Team and communication skills
  • Friendly and competent demeanour
