We are seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be the driving force behind the daily operations of our award-winning F&B venues, ensuring each guest experience reflects the highest standards of excellence, personalization, and luxury. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing restaurants, Schlossbar, See Club, In-room dining, and events operations, while fostering a culture of impeccable service and operational excellence..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Direct and manage all aspects of the daily F&B operations, including restaurants, lounges, bar, room service, and events.
- Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, service, and stewarding teams to deliver flawless guest experiences.
- Monitor service standards and conduct regular floor presence during peak service periods to support the team and engage with guests.
- Maintain and elevate service delivery standards aligned with brand and Forbes Five-Star expectations.
- Personally handle VIP guests and resolve complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct regular training and briefings to reinforce luxury service etiquette and product knowledge.
- Lead, coach, and develop F&B supervisors and service teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the F&B budget, including labor, cost of goods, and operating supplies.
