Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success, including all necessary tasks;
Lead and manage the team, store operations, and ensure its smooth functioning;
Drive improvements in sales, efficiency, and profitability, including budget planning and sales control;
Lead by example in customer service, actively engaging in sales and coaching team members on the sales floor;
Oversee product placement (visual merchandising), stock tracking, and sales planning;
Co-create promotional materials and product visuals together with the Retail Manager and Country Manager, and manage the store’s presence on social media;
Handle hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of shop assistants and part-timers, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance assessment;
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic store and storage area;
Assist in organizing, preparing, and executing events in-store or outside regular business activities;
Share best practices to drive collective performance across all GymBeam stores.
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a store manager;
Experience in retail sales environment (nutrition / sport / fashion preferably);
Customer and goal-oriented, communicative, positive personality;
Familiarity with financial and customer service principles;
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work;
Marketing & social media communication skills are an advantage;
Detail oriented team player with a proven record of leading the team;
Medium level of English language and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
