- Leading and facilitating workshops to assess customer requirements
- Analyze and document workshop results, translating them into tailored solution designs
- Design and implementation of solutions together with a project team
- Prepare comprehensive documentation of customer solutions and project results
- Solve incidents in cooperation with the support teams
- Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, Technical University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) with a focus on Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, project work and customer support
- Knowledge of one or more special technology (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Digital Archives) desireable
- Strong understanding of customer processes and ability to align solutions accordingly
- Business fluent knowledge in German and English
