Background :
Under its project Consolidating the OSCE Dialogue Academy for Young Women Alumnae Network, the OSCE Mission in Kosovo (the Mission) supports the consolidation and strategic development of the Dialogue Academy Network of Alumnae (DANA), a women-led platform comprised of over highly educated and multilingual young women from Prishtinë / Priština and Belgrade. DANA aims to advance dialogue, trust, and confidence-building across divided communities and to strengthen womens leadership in fostering resilient and peaceful societies. It represents a long-term, cross-generational investment in peacebuilding and inclusive security in the region. DANA emerged from the Dialogue Academy for Young Women (DA), an initiative jointly launched by the OSCE Mission in Kosovo and OSCE Mission to Serbia as part of the broader Follow Us platform in . The Academy brings together young women from both societies to build leadership, advocacy, and dialogue skills. Upon completing the DA, participants become part of the DANA network, which continues to serve as a space for collaboration, activism and local impact. As part of efforts to strengthen DANAs internal capacities, the Mission will engage an international consultant to support the development of an Internal Knowledge Management System (IKMS). This system will serve as a centralized digital repository for essential information including member profiles (bios, CVs, contact details), project and partner records, strategic documents, and relevant learning resources. Designed to value and preserve the knowledge, experience, and networks developed by DANA members over the past decade, the IKMS will support institutional memory, cross-community collaboration, and ongoing professional development within DANA. The consultant will initially map all existing DANA internal knowledge and expertise, will propose the best approach to the design of an IKMS, and will contribute to the design of a most suitable system for the network. This exercise will result in a mapping report that will be used as the basis for the production of the IKMS and the upcoming training. Further, the consultant will design and deliver a three-day training for at least six DANA members to equip them with the skills to manage and maintain the IKMS. These members, who are also part of the core team of DANAs Working Group on Internal Knowledge Management, will be responsible for populating, updating, and integrating the IKMS into DANAs broader community of learning and practice. The training will combine lectures, hands-on exercises, and team collaboration, ensuring that participants gain both the technical and strategic understanding necessary for effective system management. This activity directly contributes to the projects first result by enabling the development of a functional, accessible and dynamic knowledge management system that leverages the collective expertise of the network while fostering a culture of learning, sharing, and professional growth among DANA members. Preference will be given to candidates with experience collaborating with youth and women led networks, proven expertise in designing and administering knowledge management systems (including information architecture, taxonomy development and secure digital collaboration) for civil society organizations. After the completion of the training sessions, the consultant will submit an activity report, highlighting the key findings and recommendations for future actions. The final report will be submitted and be presented to the Activity Manager and finalized based on the provided comments.
Objective of Assignment :
To strengthen the internal knowledge management capacities of DANA by enabling the design of a user-friendly and sustainable IKMS, grounded in a comprehensive mapping of existing knowledge assets, and to build the skills of at least six DANA members to maintain and use the system for cross-community learning, strategic planning and institutional memory.

Remuneration will be based on the selected consultant's / expert's qualifications, experience, the tasks and deliverables for this position, and in accordance with the OSCE established rates.
