What you´ll do

You develop people with passion :

  • You will lead a team of technical sales representatives passionate about bringing expertise to our customers
  • You will coach and develop your team to unlock their full potential

You act as an entrepreneur :

  • You will guide your team to bring the best solutions for customers in your sales area
  • You will engage with and motivate channel partners to maximize our market coverage
  • You will leverage and further develop the strength of LOCTITE and other Henkel industrials brands
  • You collaborate as part of strong team

  • You will cooperate with our global and diverse Sales Area Manager team to share best-practices and coordinate sales execution
  • You will liaise with other teams in Henkel to coordinate their support for your team
  • You own your results :

  • You will be committed to achieve your sales ambition together with your team
  • What makes you a good fit

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales ideally in the technical Sales or the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Passion for people development and experience in leadership
  • Inquisitive and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload
  • Process thinking and solutions-oriented problem solver
  • Confident presenting in a group setting
  • IT literacy and affinity to learn & work with digital tools
  • Excellent English skills, German is a plus

  • Minimum annual gross salary of €80.000,- for full-time; willingness to overpay depending on qualifications.
