Description :
To research, evaluate, design, and develop a CRM system through MS Dynamics implementation, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical guidance and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and maintain expert functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies / competition, concepts and trends.
Core Competencies :
- Strong working knowledge of CRM solutions and strategies, including development.
- Strong understanding of the range of and experience with built-in capabilities and options available in Microsoft Dynamics and the ability to make recommendations on how to best leverage those capabilities and options when formulating CRM solutions

Experience working with Azure DevOps.
Min 1 years overall MS Dynamics 365 / CRM experience.
Experience leading and coaching successful product delivery teams
Working knowledge of cloud platform technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Working knowledge of API development and integration
Experience in Continuous Integration & Delivery and integrating into agile delivery practice
Experience in developing reporting metrics and dashboards that illustrate the flow of value
Successful track record implementing agile methodologies and frameworks
Ability to create product release plans and roadmaps
4 IT Tester (Functional Tester - CRM)
Description :
To perform integration, regression, and functional testing on systems to ensure compliance with system requirements and Client's business practices and policies. Assists in the analysis of functional and technical requirements and the creation and editing of test cases for new or modified systems.For testing it will require Services testing experience using Postman, Azure DevOps experience and automated testing experience creating and utilizing Perfecto automation tools.If they have experience is testing MS Dynamics, that would be very helpful, as that will be the platform they will be testing.
