The Technical Solution Manager responsibilities are to lead, and supervise activities related to Managed Service and Operations of the BSS-OSS products specifically Order Management, Billing, Rating, Charging, Provisioning, etc. The candidate is expected to have deep knowledge of the Oracle BSS / OSS RODOD stack solution and lead effectively across functional teams, apply proven leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide the Managed Services Solutions Management team.
The successful candidate will be a technical, hands-on manager who is capable of building a high-performance Operations and Support team in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will also manage customer escalations and provide action plans to resolution. This implies managing architects, SME and technical collaboration with Product support and Product Engineering teams.
