You will be responsible to :

Offer technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological products.
Handle first and second-level technical support, including calls, tickets, and user interactions.
Respond quickly to IT-related inquiries from end-users.
Accurately document all user interactions in the 'Service Now' ticketing system (e.g., incidents, requests).
Develop, maintain, and utilize knowledge base articles.
Conduct IT onboarding training sessions for new employees.
Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvements

Requirements :

Language proficiency : Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an organized manner.

Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude.

IT environments experience is a plus (e.g., GxP).

Candidates must provide a criminal record certificate no older than 3 months.
