What will your day look like?

Acquire new B2B clients in FMCG (modern & traditional trade);
Manage operations and communication with B2B customers;
Manage the implementation of GymBeam commercial strategy to customers;
Negotiate contracts and annual terms in cooperation with the Head of B2B;
Deliver customer growth;
Analyze market data with internal data software for analysis;
Monitor specific goals and ensures these goals are met, particularly margin, profit and revenue.

Who are we looking for?

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG) with knowledge of operations, category management, and data analysis is an advantage;

Experience in operations management, category management and data analysis;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy;

Excellent organizational and planning abilities;

Proficiency in English at B2 level;

German - native language proficiency;

Ambitious, proactive, and dynamic personality with a growth mindset.
