Our client in Salzburg specializes in automation and instrumentation for advanced industrial plants in the defense sector. We're seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer with expertise in sensor selection, specification, and integration for complex systems. This role offers the chance to work on innovative projects in dynamic, international plants.

• Sensor Selection & Specification - Identify suitable suppliers and configure measurement devices (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow, and gas analyzers).
• Instrumentation & Measurement Technology - Define and integrate sensors, transmitters, flow meters, and pressure transmitters for industrial applications.
• System Integration - Ensure seamless implementation of instrumentation in large-scale industrial projects.
• Interfaces & Communication - Experience with fieldbus technologies (e.g., Profinet) is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in instrumentation, measurement technology, or a related field.
• Regulatory Knowledge - Familiarity with industry standards; ATEX knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Technical Know-How - Experience working with industrial sensor technology and measurement systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to optimize and troubleshoot instrumentation in complex environments.
• International Mindset - Good English skills (required); German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project implementation and support.
• Salary starting from €60,000 gross per year, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
