StellenbeschreibungEnrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Interest in product management, digital technologies, and energy transition. Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) tailored to tech-driven projects is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Fluency in English and German.
The digital transformation is rapidly changing the energy industry. At Axpo, we are at the forefront of this transformation. We are looking for a motivated product development intern to contribute to our efforts in developing cutting-edge digital solutions enabling the energy transition.
What you will do :
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of software, data, and AI engineers, data scientists, and UX experts to design and deliver digital products.
- Help assess stakeholder needs, gather customer requirements, and prioritize epics and user stories that maximize the business impact of our solutions.
- Assist with product research, market analysis, and preparation of stakeholder materials.
- Gain exposure to agile product development and participate in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, sprint review, etc.).
