Job description
Responsibilities :
- Perform basic aircraft maintenance under supervision (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid / brake checks, etc.)
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostic testing and repair the mechanical and electrical components of the aircraft.
- Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to perform repairs and ensure aircraft are operating smoothly
- Maintaining accurate records relating to aircraft, parts, and service history.
- Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills around aircraft.
- Ensuring all critical parts of the aircraft are checked and tested.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
Required Experience / Qualifications :
Prior experience working in as a Mechanic (or similar role) is preferredExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessHighly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiativeWillingness to learn and grow into aircraft engineerAbility to communicate in German and / or English language skills (both verbal and written)Collaborative mindset and experience working on a teamWillingness to travel to various locations within Austria and other EU countries.Detail-oriented with a passion for mechanicsValid category 'B' driver's license with proficiency in driving manual car.Must have the right to live and work in AustriaSharemanages this role
