Club Lounge Ambassador
Together with your team, redefine the understanding of luxury.
Key Responsibilities :
- Personal care of our demanding guests and top VIPs in our exclusive Club Lounge
- Check-in and Check-out
- Concierge activities such as booking theatre and event tickets as well as the sale of sightseeing tours
- Coordination of food and beverage service
- Complaint management
Your Qualifications :
Professional experience in the upscale hotel industryPrevious Professional experience at the Reception or in Guest RelationsFriendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibilityAttention to detailProfessional communication skills and appearanceresilience, teamwork and flexibilityQuality awarenessA gift for paying attention to the smallest detailsexcellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageousknowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageousOur Benefits :
