In motorsport, we always give everything and try to get the last bit of power and performance out of our bikes. In order for us to be able to celebrate great successes with them, however, the bikes have to be developed first. As a designer for chassis

  • for our MotoGP bikes of KTM Motorsports you combine your passion for Racing with your expertice for the developement of components and CFRP-parts. You take part in our development, will be responsible for the functionality and furthermore be involved in the projects that are responsible for our success. Do you have the necessary passion and drive?

THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

  • development of components, assemblies and systems from concept design to the finished component
  • design of CAD models and preparation of technical drawings
  • execution of simulations accompanying the design process
  • continuous optimization of the development of assemblies on the motorcycle
  • clarification of technical details with international suppliers
  • act as a point of contact for the respective designs between the factory and the race and test teams
  • proactive coordination as interface with internal departments and external suppliers

    • HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

  • successfully completed technical education with focus on automotive engineering or mechanical engineering
  • several years of professional experience in the field of vehicle development and design
  • excellent knowledge of MS-Office and a technical drawing program (Creo, Catia, etc)
  • good understanding of English, both written and spoken
  • active motorbike affinity desirable
  • communicative and flexible personality with team spirit, organisational skills and hands-on mentality
  • analytical, creative and solution-oriented thinking as well as structured, methodical and precise way of working
