As part of our continued growth in a key region, SAP Emarsys are looking for a German Speaking Customer Success Manager to join the highly successful team in Vienna.
We are looking for a dedicated Client Success Manager who will be commercially responsible for owning, retaining and growing their customer portfolio, with a strong focus on long-term customer retention through the adoption of our platform.
You will work continuously to maximize the usage potential of our customers and expand their product portfolio with us. You will always keep the goals of our customers in mind and provide advice on the value-adding use of our products and services. Acting as a trusted advisor for the customer, you will demonstrate success and pave the way for further business development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously build and nurture long-term and sustainable customer relationships on all stakeholder levels (from users to decision makers, to partners)
Analysing customer needs and goals, and developing tailored strategies to use the platform more efficiently and productively
Commercial ownership of your client portfolio and targeted contract negotiations with decision-makers to achieve customized solutions and long-term contracts that meet customer needs while promoting the growth of our companyDrafting and adapting contracts, addendums, and service level agreements in coordination with the legal department and the global commercial teamActing as the primary interface with all relevant support functions (e.g., Technical Consulting, Strategic Services, Solution Consultants, Training team, Technical Support, etc.) within SAP EmarsysMaintaining the CRM tool and other information systems to document ongoing customer activities and enable accurate forecasting and reportingYOUR PROFILE
Relevant experience in B2B Success / Account Management / Sales OR / AND a background in Marketing / CRM with a strong understanding of our customers' needs and realitiesA strong passion for the technical and digital worldKnowledge of e-commerce solutions, web analytics, loyalty management, or retail is desirableExcellent, confident and professional communication with customers in both German and English, both written and verbal, along with a convincing presence when speaking with decision-makersHigh sense of responsibility, self-motivation, initiative, and resilienceStrong presentation skills, negotiation talent, conflict resolution, and assertiveness (acting as a mediator between SAP Emarsys and customer interests)Willingness to travel (20%)Experience in digital marketing / technology and SaaSWHAT WE OFFER
