NovaTaste has over 2,300 employees and supplies food manufacturers, butchers and foodservice players across Europe, North America and Asia.   Department : General Manager Europe  Location : Salzburg with some home-office   Tasks Act as the control tower of large strategic and transformation projects Oversee the full project lifecycle : from pipeline planning and prioritization to execution and post-implementation review Collaborate with cross-functional teams Act as a sparring partner to project leads,  functions, VP of Sales and General Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and value creation plans Consolidate and report project KPIs, risks, and milestones to the Executive Committee Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and best practices tailored to the food industry context   Skills 5+ years of experience in strategic project management in a leading consulting firm.
