As a key member, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative high voltage power conversion and sensing systems for automotive applications.Key Responsibilities : Design and develop Power Supply Concepts and Sensing Architectures for Automotive Battery Management SystemsBreak down stakeholder requirements into block-based requirements for architectural High Voltage and Sensing componentsBe responsible for High Voltage and Sensing IP handling of all platforms within Automotive MicrocontrollerDrive strategy enabling a family concept by modular & scalable approachProactively drive innovation anticipating industry and market trendsRequirements : Bachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related technical fieldAt least 5 years relevant working experience in a similar position within the semiconductor or automotive industryProfound familiarity with automotive microcontrollers and open eyes & ears for market trendsStrong cross-functional communication skillsDeep understanding of Analog-Mixed Signal Design for High-precision analogExperience in high-voltage power convertersAbility to optimize system partitioning between analog and digitalExperience in Functional SafetyExperience in DfT for high-precision analogKnowledge in Battery Management Algorithms (SoC, SoH, Cell balancing,...)Knowledge in ESD / latch-up, EMC / EMI, packaging / assembly (Wire Bond, Flip Chip), Power & Signal Integrity (e.g. XTALK as well as Power Distribution Network dynamic and static voltage drop analysis)Strong understanding of ADC and DAC types, digital and analog filters, and low-noise / offset / error analog systemWhat We Offer : Competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
