Key Account Manager - Commercial - Retail -EU

In this customer-facing role, you will manage major retail clients, shape pricing strategies, and drive operational excellence across global supply chains. If you are passionate about logistics, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have an extensive background in account management for top-tier retail brands, this could be your next big move.

Your Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact for key retail accounts across Europe and beyond.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients across departments : operations, procurement, engineering, and quality.
• Prepare detailed pricing, cost estimates, and commercial documentation.
• Analyse and manage pricing files and profitability metrics across customer sites.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement scope and pricing changes efficiently.
• Forecast and track key account KPIs, prepare dashboards, and lead commercial reviews.
• Lead the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Strategic Business Reviews (MBRs / QBRs / SBRs).
• Represent DP World with professionalism and integrity at all times.
