Your Responsibilities

  • Provide s trategic and operational support for the executive leadership
  • Lead, coordinate and provide hands-on support across-company initiatives and projects
  • Act as a s parring partner to executive teams (e.g. , on investment decisions, due diligence processes, financial strategy)
  • Develop and align financial operations across all group entities (e.g. , standardized accounting, financial management processes)
  • Handle and prepare briefings for executives, key partners, or clients
  • Ensure seamless integration between strategy and execution

    • Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration , Finance, Account ing , or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in investment, start-ups, or strategy consulting
  • T-Shaped competency : Deep in one area (e.g. ops, marketing, finance) but broad enough to cover many functions
  • Intellectual sharpness, executional rigor, and strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills

    • An annual gross salary starting at € 100,000 will be offered, with the final amount determined based on qualifications, experience, and individual profile.
