- Commercial Development Manager Digital Solutions Southern Europe (m / w / d) - Salzburg, Austria
- As Commercial Development Manager for our Digital Solutions (CAD / CAM, Imaging and Treatment Centers Business Lines), you’ll explore new business opportunities within the major countries in Europe. In collaboration with our local sales organizations in Southern Europe, you’ll help grow the local business by driving key commercial actions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide local support and guidance (new product launches, associated product / sales training, commercial activities, etc.) to the focus countries within Sothern Europe for the Business Lines CAD / CAM, Imaging and Treatment Centers. Collect business intelligence related to the Southern European region (competition and prices, business environment, distribution networks, promotions, new products launch, etc.) to influence product portfolio and positioning needs Participate in the design and execution of cross-sales action and dental solutions for the focus countries Leverage relationship with local opinion leaders and dental universities in close collaboration with relevant team members in the focus countries’ Clinical Education team Support implementation of regional price strategy, centrally agreed with Business Lines and Finance Support research for potential new markets and / or products Represent the Business Lines CAD / CAM, Imaging and Treatment Centers during key dental exhibitions and conferences Facilitate the resolution of supply issues when applicable in close collaboration with the Supply Chain team Facilitate and support the focus countries for product registration in close collaboration with the Business Lines CAD / CAM, Imaging and Treatment Centers as well Regulatory Affairs team
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics;
industrial, management or engineering background as a plus. 5+ years working experience in business development, sales, marketing, or product management in the medical industry. Ideally dental background with focus on CAD / CAM and / or Imaging. Strong communication skills, an affinity for digitalization and high interest in different cultures. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 min.). Fluency in French is a must, Spanish and Italian languages skills will be beneficial. Ability to effectively manage complex projects in a dynamic business-driven environment. Excellent team player and networker.- Willingness to travel within Southern Europe up to 50%.
