Sr Sales Applications Chemist

Responsibilities

The job involves running potential customer samples, developing applications, and doing demonstrations to customers on our HPLC / UPLC / MS / MS instruments, mostly triple quadrupole mass spectrometers.

Key Responsibilities

• Run potential customer samples : Operate HPLC / UPLC / MS / MS instruments, including triple quadrupole mass spectrometers, to analyze and interpret customer samples with precision.
• Develop applications : Build tailored applications to showcase the capabilities of Waters instruments, highlighting their world-class performance.
• Perform demonstrations : Conduct detailed product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the outstanding features and benefits of our innovative technology.
• Collaborate with the sales team : Work closely with our ambitious sales team to align technical presentations with sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Provide technical support : Offer expert mentorship and support to customers, helping them to successfully implement our solutions and achieve flawless results.
