Group Regulatory Compliance is responsible for steering regulatory compliance risks acc. to § 39 Abs. 6 BWG. The unit regularly monitors compliance risks in Erste Group’s processes using internal and external control frameworks. Regulatory compliance risks are regularly assessed in a holistic risk assessment and reported to both internal management and external stakeholders. When necessary, – the unit initiates and tracks mitigation measures to ensure a prudent management of compliance risks.

As part of the Regulatory Compliance Function, you want to develop and grow your regulatory, legal and / or compliance knowledge and contribute to a great team of experts to form a future-fit compliance function of Erste Group and its subsidiaries.
