How you will create an impact :
As Service Line Operations Manager, you will act as a force multiplier to the Elevate partners. Your role is both strategic and hands-on and includes :
Acting as a central interface between Elevate and our Central Functions (e.g. HR, Marketing, Knowledge, Finance)Driving internal coordination, prioritization, and communication across Elevate teams and initiativesDeveloping, implementing, and improving processes, standards, and internal systemsPreparing and managing regular reporting on Elevate-specific KPIsSupporting the targeted roll-out of Elevate specifically in Healthcare and Lifesciences, ensuring alignment across regions and functionsEnabling further penetration of Elevate capabilities into additional divisionsDriving strategic initiatives, such as Elevate-wide training paths, recruiting campaigns, or best practice sharingServing as a trusted advisor to Elevate leadership on cross-functional initiativesAbout you :
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environment and brings :
An excellent university degree in economics, psychology or a similar field of study3–5 years of experience in consulting, digital business building, or internal business operationsExperience in a professional service setting is a strong plusA strong understanding of digital or data-driven topics gained in a professional service setting is a strong plusExperience managing complex projects or internal initiatives across multiple stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and communication skills – you will work closely with partners and teams across the globeA pragmatic, structured, and entrepreneurial mindsetBusiness fluency English and German language skillsHigh proficiency in MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) and ideally experience with dashboards (PowerBI) and other reporting tools (SAP)We offer a gross annual salary starting from EUR 71,000 (plus an attractive bonus) depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
