To continue driving innovation and excellence in logistics software solutions, we are seeking a talented leadership personality for Poland .

In this role, you will take full ownership of one of the company’s flagship products, driving its vision, strategy, and execution. With a hands-on mentality, you will shape development processes, collaborate with tech teams and customers, and ensure the highest standards of product quality. You will have a direct impact on workflows, mentor team members, and drive the product’s continued innovation in the logistics software sector.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Product Leadership : Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery
  • Process Development : Refine processes for product discovery, development, testing, and releases
  • Mentorship : Mentor team members in creating specifications, managing workflows, and gathering feedback
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Facilitate communication and alignment between tech teams, users, and customers
  • Quality Assurance : Oversee product testing and ensure releases meet high standards
  • Customer Engagement : Gather insights from users and customers to drive product improvements

Your Profile :

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role in a tech environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Experience in mentoring and developing team capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Polish and English ; German is a plus
