• You will gather and analyse user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market
• You will focus on reporting risks and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects
• On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies
• You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices
• You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate
• You will organize and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions
• When necessary, you will work directly with our brick-and-mortar stores to identify issues and find solutions for the improvement of established processes Qualifikationen :
• Complete studies in the field of IT or business administration
• At least 4 - 6 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position
• Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence
• A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication and networking skills
• Hands-on mentality, with the ability to see the bigger picture and act as a troubleshooter when required
• Ability to own and drive end-to-end product and business processes
• A high level of German and English

In Austria, we are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collectivelabour agreement in trade. This is per year 37.674 EUR.
