In this position, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding the legal affairs of a dynamic and international healthcare company. As part of a collaborative legal team, you will provide high-quality counsel, manage risks proactively, and shape legal frameworks that support the sustainable development of the AOP Health Group. In addition to your broad legal responsibilities, you will hold overall responsibility for managing the Group’s insurance portfolio.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Providing support on all legal matters to AOP management and employees.
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing various agreements and other legal documents.
- Managing the AOP Health Group’s insurance portfolio.
- Collecting legal information and providing internal legal support on a day-to-day basis, including examination and analysis of various legal issues.
- Identifying legal and commercial risks within the business and providing legal guidance.
- Examining material and documents for healthcare compliance matters.
- Advising management regarding business transactions and the corporate relationship with the public.
- Collaborating with external legal advisors and authorities.
Your Qualifications and Experience
University Law degree on Master level from reputable universityMinimum 3 years’ experience in a law firm and / or in-house as legal counsel (admittance to the bar is an asset but not a requirement)Commercial contract law drafting skills and excellent negotiation skillsExperience in life sciences law is highly valued; however, we also welcome candidates from other legal fields with a strong interest in the sectorSharp communication and analytical skillsCapability and willingness to interact with business-oriented departmentsTeam player with a solution-oriented workstyle and a customer centric mindsetAbility to handle complex tasks in alignment with supervisor but largely individuallyWell organized with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects in parallelProficient in German and English (any additional languages are an asset but not a requirement)Well-versed in Office 365Our Offer
