About the Role
We are currently hiring a Secretary / Administrative Assistant 50-60% to support the HR and administrative teams at Hitachi Energy in Baden. This is a 3-month contract position ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, technical skills in Microsoft Word, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings, and helping implement HR document templates using a new Document Management Tool.
Responsibilities
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to teams
- Format and edit documents, schedule meetings, manage calendars and travel arrangements
- Archive, organize, and maintain both electronic and paper documents
- Collaborate with HR teams to create and implement advanced Word templates with formulas and business rules
- Test templates in the new Document Management Tool and troubleshoot issues
- Apply feedback from quality checks to ensure templates are accurate and functional
- Finalize and publish templates for operational use
Your Profile
Completed commercial training or equivalent administrative experienceStrong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word (formulas, templates, formatting)Fluent in German and English (French or Italian is a plus)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learnerCustomer-focused, flexible, and able to work under moderate supervisionReady to support HR operations in a global tech environment?
