StellenbeschreibungCollaborate with the CoE to develop and maintain a backlog of features and user stories for platform topics to ensure the success of the PEGA platform Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that product requirements and user stories for platform topics are clearly defined and documented Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize technical requirements for common platform topics Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders for common platform topics Identify technical issues and risks for platform topics and communicate the same to the stakeholders and CoE Work with the CoE to test the platform across different service lines for platform deliverables Support the creation of a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets Help facilitate frequent team meetings to track and manage project progress, identify issues and resolve concerns Support in managing project resources and personnel to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and achieving their objectives Help maintain accurate records of project status, milestones and deliverables Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field Strong technical background with experience in software development or a related field (preferably Java or Java script) Proficiency in PEGA development tools and methodologies is good to have Project / product management experience in the technology industry is a plus Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cross-team initiatives simultaneously.
