Your Mission

Join our dynamic accounting team at HOERBIGER and take responsibility for the accounting of our Slovak entity. If you are an ambitious individual with a passion for numbers and processes, we look forward to meeting you!

How you will make a difference

  • Independently manage the general ledger and accounts payable for our Slovak entity
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial closings, support the team with IFRS and statutory audits, and handle tax accounting
  • Act as a sparring partner for the Accounting Team Lead and actively participate in ongoing accounting tasks
  • Shape processes within global accounting, driving the optimization and development of our processes
  • Support projects, particularly in the areas of digitalization and automation

What you should be good at

  • Solid commercial education (HAK, university, or technical college) with a completed accounting certification
  • Mandatory experience in IFRS and Slovak tax law, ideally within an international corporate environment
  • Proficiency in SAP FI / CO (S4 Hana) and Excel
  • Interest in cross-departmental projects, especially in digitalization and automation
  • A dedicated team player with a big-picture perspective, who enjoys working in an international team
  • Language skills : fluent in English, Slovak is an advantage
