For their newly established department in Pécs , we are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional to take on an exciting role in a dynamic, international, and friendly work environment.

Your Responsibilities :

• Processing orders from inquiry to invoicing
• Coordinating delivery schedules, acting as an interface between production planning and sales
• Providing telephone customer support
• Managing correspondence and customer interactions
• Preparing and following up on customer meetings
• Handling customer claims
• General office organization and administrative tasks
• Document management
