Technical Product Manager - Service

• About the position

As a technical product manager in Nel Hydrogen Fueling, you will be responsible for the standardized global service portfolio related to hydrogen fueling equipment. That starts with market screening and ends after introduction of new service offerings to all external and in-ternal stakeholders. You will work closely with commissioning & service, sales & business development, as well as with product development. Focus will be on technical- and go-to-market product management in relation to services.You will report directly to the Senior Director for Product Management and your place of work will be our office in Vienna. Limited travel including visit of customers, fairs, conferences, and sister organizations must be expected.

• Responsibilities
• Define and consolidate required service portfolio for Nel Fueling products- Introduce service portfolio incl. sales collateral to all relevant departments within Nel Hydrogen Fueling, such as commissioning & service, sales & business development within all regions- Create and maintain master data of sellable service portfolio within the ERP system- Manage creation and release spare- and wear-parts packages as well as tooling sets in adjustment with product development and service- Support the creation of technical sales documents and standardized bid packages- Contribute to the Nel TCO- and business-models- Cover technical questions for special customer projects- Attend customer meetings and specific tenders together with sales to stay updated on latest market requirements- Attend project reviews during the product development process to ensure product meets customer and market requirements- Contribute to product requirement specifications for fueling equipment and services- Gather and consolidate feedback on offered services from customers as well as from sales, production, commissioning & service
• Qualifications
• Required skills and abilities
• Relevant training in technical product management or similar- Experience within the service business for machines and plants- Excellent MS office skills- Experience with ERP system such as NAV or SAP- High motivation and ability to learn new things and finalize tasks- High skill in understanding of customer requirements as well as in communication towards internal and external stakeholders- Good general knowledge and interest in business processes and new technologies- Experience in both independent and teamwork, plus high flexibility- Communicate fluently in both written and spoken English

• Knowledge document management systems- Experience with tenders, contracts, liability- and risk management- Fluent or elementary proficiency in a second language like e.G. German or French
